Bobby Denning

Bobby has worked professionally in the world of cricket development and coaching for 20 years. He is a Level 4 Coach working in the UK and overseas, most recently in the European Cricket Council programmes, with Spain. In 2019 he was recognised by the England and Wales Cricket Board, for his work at International Level in the England Disability programmes. The prestigious Cap, reflects his time at home and overseas, latterly with the England Deaf Squad. Bobby started out as junior off spinner at Blackpool CC, before spending most of his playing career as an opening batsman at Fleetwood, with a 2 year spell at St Anne’s. The first cricket book he read as an 11 year old, was the MCC Coaching Manual!

Danny Gilbert 

Danny has grown up playing cricket on the Fylde Coast and plays in the Northern Premier League with Garstang CC 1XI as an opening bowler and middle order batsman. He has worked in cricket development and performance within the County for the last 8 years and coached for 11 years. 

He was part of the coaching staff on the last edition of the Kia Super League with Lancashire Thunder, coached on the Lancashire Emerging Players Programme and was fast bowling lead for the Lancashire Women & Girls Pathway.

Amongst being busy coaching 1-2-1's, in Club's and Schools, Danny is also involved with the Inter-League Squads and assisted the County's U18's for part of the 2021 season, before accepting the role as Lancashire U15's boys Head Coach for 2022.
