Educating players tactically is just as important as educating them technically!
I believe that when coaching our youngsters, we have a main focus on the technical and sometimes forget the tactical.
Here we are challenging the players to devise a plan, set a field and then try and bowl to it. This helps in their cricket education from a holistic standpoint but also helps us as coaches in developing our players more broadly. This is also a great challenge for the batters in being able to pick gaps and see possible scoring zones.
